Compliance is one of the most important factors in loan processing, yet most borrowers don’t even know it exists.
Our four qualified compliance staff members keep your loan on track, ensuring it meets all federal and state regulations so you don’t have any unscheduled pit stops, delaying your closing and loan funding.

Our processing team is extensive with about 80 people working hard behind the scenes! The processors are the key players behind the loan officer (the person you talk with the most). They are the go-between for all departments including underwriting and closing. They also handle all requests from title companies, appraisers, and attorneys.
They are a key player on the team, getting you to the finish line easily!

The underwriting team has your loan in their hands. They work hard to make sure you fit the guidelines for the specified loan program. Most see underwriters as the ‘competitor’ or the ‘bad guy,’ but they are rooting for you all along – but they are required by law to ensure you can afford the loan beyond a reasonable doubt.
They are another team member in your corner, ensuring you don’t take on a loan you can’t afford, but pushing you to the finish line when you’ve proven you can afford the loan beyond a reasonable doubt.

The closing team is the team near the finish line rooting you on and doing all the things behind the scenes to get you across the finish line. They prepare your documents, get the numbers ready, and handle the funds so all parties receive payment and you get the keys in your hand.

It’s worth mentioning your loan officer again, because he/she is a key player in your race to the closing table.
Think of your loan officer as your co-pilot. Your loan officer is your point of contact for everything to do with your loan. They work with you from start to finish, including when you just want to know how much you can afford.
Your loan officer communicates with you, gathering documents, and helping you understand how to clear any conditions underwriting requires. Not only that, but loan officers also help you pick the right loan that makes the most financial sense for your situation. We have a team of 120+ loan officers who work with our borrowers from application to the closing table.
