TENNESSEE MORTGAGE BANKERS ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES INAUGURAL “FUTURE LEADERS ACADEMY” CLASS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association (TNMBA) has selected the participants for the 2nd annual class of the \u201cFuture Leaders Academy,\u201d according to an announcement by Jeff Tucker, CMB, 2019-2020 President of TNMBA.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a real pleasure to announce the participants for the Future Leaders Academy for this year.\u201d Tucker said. \u201cWe congratulate all of those selected to participate and look forward to what their leadership will do to further develop and strengthen TNMBA. They will actually graduate next year, the year TNMBA celebrates our 60th anniversary.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Tucker, the Future Leaders Academy will hold five separate sessions in a variety of locations. Topics included will range from the history of TNMBA and leadership development to ethics, secondary markets, servicing, and even a \u201cDay on the Hill\u201d legislative experience at the Tennessee State Capitol.<\/p>\n

Those selected for this year\u2019s class include:<\/p>\n

\nSusan Berglund, Radian \/ Nashville
\nSusan Brown, Mortgage Investors Group \/ Knoxville<\/strong>
\nDanielle Burwell, Legends Bank \/ Chattanooga
\nDiana Chan, A Mortgage Boutique \/ Murfreesboro
\nNicole Flowers, New American Funding \/ Chattanooga
\nAlexis Gravlee, FirstBank \/ Clarksville<\/p>\n

\u201cTNMBA is naturally very pleased to welcome this year\u2019s group and excited about what this experience will mean to these future leaders. We want to express our appreciation to Retta Gardner and Dana Abernathy as the organizers of the Future Leaders Academy this year. Retta is with A Mortgage Boutique and is organizing content for the sessions. Dana is with National Mortgage Insurance and is the lead sponsor for TNMBA\u2019s Future Leaders Academy. Retta\u2019s and Dana\u2019s ongoing commitment to the development of the Future Leaders Academy and to TNMBA is exemplary. Without their support, and the sponsorship by National Mortgage Insurance, it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to make all of this happen,\u201d said Tucker.<\/p>\n
