I'm Mike Means, a Branch Manager / Sr. Loan Officer at MIG. With a passion for helping people achieve the American Dream of homeownership, I've been proudly serving as the manager of the Cool Springs branch since 2019. With over 30 years of lending experience in the Middle TN community, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every client interaction.

What I love most about this industry is building new connections and friendships while serving my community. Working alongside my son Will Means adds an extra level of enjoyment as we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients and referral partners.

As an active member of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association, I have been honored with the Silver Production Award in 2019, 2020, and 2021, reflecting my commitment to delivering outstanding results.
