Hey, Future Homeowner! I’m Pedro, your Loan Officer at Mortgage Investors Group. With a strong foundation from my previous work in banking, I’ve had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of lending at an accelerated pace. Thanks to mentorship from a top-producing loan officer, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to guide clients through every step of the mortgage process.

What makes my approach unique is the genuine care I bring to each client relationship. I treat every client as if they were family, whether they’re a first-time homebuyer or seasoned investor. My goal is to make sure that no matter how many homes you’ve purchased, the process is always smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I take pride in being there from start to finish, answering every question, and offering guidance long after closing.

I work with all types of buyers, but I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers. I understand that purchasing a home is likely the biggest financial decision they’ll make, and I’m dedicated to offering 1-on-1 support—whether in person or virtually—to ensure they feel confident and informed every step of the way. It’s this personal touch that helps me stand out, providing clear communication and patience as clients navigate the mortgage process.

One of my most memorable experiences was helping a client whose lease was about to expire while they were under contract for a home. Thanks to great teamwork and open communication, we closed just in time for her to move into her new home without extending her lease. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do—making homeownership possible, even under tight deadlines!

When I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my fiancée, friends, and family. I also like to stay active so I enjoy playing soccer, going for a jog or any outdoor activity.
