Being present when a new homeowner is handed the keys to their house is an emotional experience I love to share with clients. I will never grow tired of the feeling.
My journey to a mortgage lending career began in 2016 when I bought my own home with one of MIG’s lenders and realized the homebuying process didn’t need to be stressful. The Loan Officer I worked with not only helped me find the right loan, but encouraged me to consider a career as a mortgage lender myself. As someone who is passionate about helping others reach their goals, I followed her advice and joined MIG in 2017 as a Junior Processor. After six months in that role, I became a Loan Officer Assistant in the Knoxville Home Office and then, two years later, a Processor in Centralized Sales. In May 2021, I took the next step by becoming a Loan Officer.
I’m definitely a people person, so I thoroughly enjoy helping people make real dreams come to life. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I advise borrowers about their home loan options, but I also help them understand their credit situation and how to improve it if they aren’t approved for a loan right away. I want them to not only feel confident about the steps they need to take to reach their goals, but also have a positive experience in working with me so they refer their friends.
I am a member of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as Knoxville Women in Leadership. When I’m not delivering prompt results with a positive outlook, I love to craft, read, and spend time with my family at the ballpark. I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. I hope to hear from you soon!
