About Me

Born and raised in Michigan, I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in the late 1980’s and have declared it home ever since! I am blessed with one son, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters who live in Johnson City. After many years of being a dog owner, my lifestyle made it difficult to devote time to this type of companion. I now have a gorgeous Ragdoll cat named Annie whom I adore.

It is my pleasure to currently be serving as the President of Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association. I have also served in many positions through the years on the Women’s Council of Realtors, Homebuilders Association of Greater Knoxville and Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Affiliate Board. I guess leading and helping others just runs deep in me.

In my spare time I thoroughly enjoy spending time on the lake with friends and family, traveling and reading. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, wearing a myriad of hats from Loan Officer, Manager to Owner. I have continued to grow and evolve through the many ups and downs of this industry, but my passion for helping people with homeownership has never waned. I can’t imagine doing anything else. My position as Sales Manager and Senior Loan Officer with Mortgage Investors Group not only allows me to utilize my networking skills to recruit, develop and mentor new loan officers and encourage and motivate the current loan officers. But most importantly, this role gives me the opportunity to continue my passion of helping people obtain their dream home with the most reputable company in the South East.
