Matthew Wright serves as Chief Financial Officer at Mortgage Investors Group, where he oversees the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, and capital markets activity. With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, he has held executive leadership roles at regional lenders and brings a strong background in financial planning and analysis, interest rate risk modeling, and operational efficiency. Wright is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), an MBA Accredited Mortgage Professional, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

With a career spanning over 37 years in the mortgage industry, Dianne brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her current role as Chief Credit Risk Officer at Mortgage Investors Group. Will Riner

Chief Information Officer

Will Riner brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across the mortgage, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing industries. As Chief Information Officer, he leads MIG’s technology strategy and oversees the systems, cybersecurity and infrastructure that support the company’s employees, customers and business partners. Throughout his career, Will has built and scaled technology teams, strengthened cybersecurity and business continuity programs and guided major system implementations. His collaborative leadership style and ability to connect technology with broader business priorities help MIG develop secure, practical solutions that strengthen operations and support the company’s continued growth.

John Burns

EVP | Correspondent Lending Division

John Burns joined MIG in January 1998. John’s experience includes more than 20 years of outside sales and management. He manages all aspects of sales and production for the Direct Lending division. Direct Lending’s focus is the secondary market lending needs of community banks and credit unions. John’s responsibilities include staffing, product development, marketing, training, recruitment, and market expansion. In addition, John is a past president of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association and has served as the East Tennessee advisory director for the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association.
