About Me

Hi, I’m Annie Weiler, and I love helping people navigate one of the most exciting (and sometimes overwhelming!) journeys—buying a home! My path to becoming a loan officer started in Marketing, where I worked as the Marketing Manager at Mortgage Investors Group. I spent 5 years helping loan officers craft the perfect client experience, build their personal brands, and strengthen relationships with industry partners. Along the way, I realized how much I admired the loan officer role for its ability to truly impact someone’s life. I knew I wanted to be that resource—to help guide homebuyers through one of their biggest financial decisions with confidence and ease.

Buying a home is such a meaningful milestone, and I feel honored to be a mentor and advocate through the process. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or making your next move, my biggest piece of advice is to ask all the questions! This is a major life moment, and I want my clients to feel completely empowered with knowledge. A well-informed buyer is a confident buyer—and that can make all the difference!

Speaking of confidence, I always encourage buyers to get pre-approved early in the process. A pre-approval letter can be the game-changer that helps you stand out in a competitive market. I’ve seen firsthand how having a pre-approval from MIG has helped buyers win bidding wars and secure their dream homes!

What sets my approach apart is my deep focus on client experience and problem-solving. I’ve always been someone who loves pushing boundaries and finding creative solutions, and in this role, I get to do just that! Every client has unique goals, and I love figuring out the best financing scenario that sets them up for long-term success—not just for today, but for the future.

Outside of work, I love staying connected to my community. I serve on the Leadership Board for my local women’s walking group and as the Director of PR for my local Young Democrats chapter—two roles that fill my passion for both community and advocacy. And when I’m not talking mortgages, you can find me at an escape room, a silent disco, or diving into a great book. (ACOTAR fans, let’s connect and fangirl over our favorite book boyfriends!)
