A native Floridian, I consider Florida more than just where I work — it’s who I am and where I chose to raise my family. I was raised here, built my career here, and developed a deep passion for mortgage lending by serving the diverse communities that make this state so unique. Mortgage lending, to me, is not just a job; it is a craft, a responsibility, and an opportunity to positively impact lives every single day. Understanding the pace, resilience, and people of Florida has shaped how I lead, how I do business, and why I genuinely love this industry.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as an Originator, Branch Manager, and Regional and Divisional Manager. My favorite role has always been supporting branch managers and their teams across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, Texas, Nevada, California, Illinois, Kentucky, and North Carolina. This experience has made me well-versed in mortgage originations while reinforcing that success is never one-size-fits-all. Every market is different, every leader has unique goals, and my focus has always been helping teams find their rhythm, hire intentionally, and grow in alignment with their vision and the communities they serve.

I am deeply passionate about developing people. I work closely with leaders to strengthen recruiting strategies, refine brand presence, and build meaningful referral relationships. I believe the strongest marketing starts with authenticity and consistency, and that culture is what sustains success long after initial growth. Known for being approachable, collaborative, and genuinely invested, I believe leadership means creating space for others to be heard and supported.
