Hi, I’m Frankie Kao, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Management and Finance, I began my career in personal finance in 2015. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience guiding clients to make sound financial decisions. Recently, I transitioned into the mortgage industry, where I’ve been able to combine my financial expertise with my desire to make a real impact in people’s lives.

While I work with a variety of clients, I have a special focus on helping small business owners and self-employed individuals, especially within the Khmer-speaking community. As a small business owner myself, I understand how demanding schedules can be.
