About Me

My career in the mortgage financing industry has spanned 29 years; but in that time, I haven’t lost sight of the fact that purchasing a home is one of the most important, stressful and emotional things a person will do in his or her life. I keep that in mind as I meet with clients and walk them through the home lending process. In addition to serving in various management roles within the industry, I have processed, underwritten and originated loans throughout my career. While I am well versed in all aspects of mortgage lending, I decided to take a step back to focus on origination when I joined MIG’s Chattanooga branch as a loan officer in August 2015 because I love helping people get into the homes of their dreams.

As a licensed mortgage loan originator in Tennessee and Georgia, I ensure my clients are treated with respect and receive meaningful, timely and expert advice regarding their mortgage options. Having previously lived in two communities with a high number of military families, I have also developed a special place in my heart for veterans and active duty military personnel. I draw on my experience in helping those families obtain Veterans Affairs (VA) loans as I help clients today consider whether a VA loan best meets their home financing needs. I am also an affiliate member of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association, as well as a previous recipient of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia’s Diamond Gold Award.

When I’m not helping buyers navigate the mortgage process, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. We enjoy hiking, swimming, and playing tennis and other outdoor sports together.
