Buying or refinancing a home is a big decision. With so many fine points to manage throughout the process, it’s important for homebuyers to trust the person handling their mortgage loan. That’s why I make sure no details are overlooked when they turn to me for guidance.
I transitioned to a career in mortgage lending after starting out in the real estate industry. I worked for five years in residential real estate sales, followed by three years in real estate office management. My diversion in commercial real estate and construction management for a decade gave me excellent project management skills that I now apply to managing client loans through the entire underwriting, approval and closing process. When a friend recruited me into the mortgage business in May 2020, it was a welcome change.
Now that I’m originating my own loans out of MIG’s Hendersonville branch, I can’t believe a lending career hadn’t been on my radar from the get-go. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I love the opportunity to help people with one of the most momentous purchases they’ll make, so I take that trust seriously and communicate openly and honestly with borrowers.
When I’m not handling clients with care, I love hiking, paddling, snow skiing and spending time outdoors, especially with my dog. Those who know me know I’m a crazy dog mom. It isn’t unusual to find us camping together, taking as many trips as we can in my little travel trailer.
I am looking forward to building new relationships in the middle Tennessee real estate community. I hope to hear from you soon to learn how I can assist you with your current or future mortgage loan needs.
