The best advice I give new borrowers when they start the mortgage lending process is to have patience. As a loan officer, I understand that’s easier said than done. There’s a lot of information to digest while applying for a home loan, and no one becomes an expert right away. The good news is I’m here to walk them through the process from start to finish so they can feel confident about their purchase when they’re handed the keys to their new home.
I joined MIG’s Chattanooga branch in April 2021 after earning my business marketing degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. From the start, I had the good fortune to be mentored by a veteran loan officer while studying to become a loan specialist who could truly help borrowers. Thanks to her, I learned how to really take care of clients. In addition to communicating often with homebuyers so they understand what’s happening and why, I also aim to consistently deliver what I promise. If borrowers walk away from the closing table feeling comfortable with all aspects of their loan, then I’ve accomplished what I set out to do in making the journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
When I’m not striving to be a well-rounded lending expert, I can be found playing recreational sports organized by Chattanooga Sports Leagues. I also play a couple of rounds of golf each week and enjoy socializing with family and friends.
I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. I hope to hear from you soon.
