About Me

As a licensed mortgage professional at MIG, I want every borrower to feel as if he or she is my only client. To play on my last name, I like to say that I’m making the mortgage lending process as BORING as possible. My introduction to the home financing industry came years ago through my work as a partner in a Knoxville accounting firm. Many of my clients were Realtors, and with their encouragement, I decided to pursue a second career as a licensed mortgage loan originator.

I joined MIG in 2001, and today serve as a senior loan officer in the Lenoir City branch. I work with Meredith Smith, Kelly Cook, Kristi Aikens and Erin Colebrooke to deliver superior personal service as we help clients from Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City and the surrounding areas find the mortgage program that best fits their situation. I have also been a mortgage instructor for T.R.E.E.S., Inc. (Tennessee Real Estate Education Systems since 2005, which offers pre-licensing training and continuing education for real estate agents and others in related fields.

I also enjoy drawing cartoons for the Knoxville News Sentinel and during the holiday season drawing cartoons for the cancer ward at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. You may reach me at the contact information below. I hope to hear from you soon.
