Helping people become homeowners when they thought they could never afford to own a home is why I’m a mortgage lender. I love walking clients through the lending process and giving them the best service possible on their journey to homeownership.
My introduction to mortgage lending dates back to my first finance class as a student at East Tennessee State University. That class, along with post-graduate opportunities to work at a bank and then as a loan officer assistant in Johnson City helped solidify my passion for helping homebuyers become homeowners. I’ve worked as a loan officer since 2005 and began managing the Tri-Cities branch for MIG in October 2022.
As a mortgage loan originator licensed in several states across the Southeast, I love walking clients through the mortgage lending process and advising them about their home loan options. I never want borrowers to feel as if they are a case file number or just a transaction. To me, they’re people I consider friends for life, so I treat them with respect, respond to them promptly and care for them in a way that lets them know how much I value our time together. By delivering top-notch customer service, I strive to give them peace of mind so they can feel confident the loan program they choose is the best one for their needs.
When I’m not creating devoted fans who rave about MIG and refer us to every person they know, I love spending time with my son, traveling, playing golf and learning how to play the guitar.
I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. I hope to hear from you soon.

When it comes to helping homebuyers find the right mortgage, I have their best interest at heart. There’s no reason for anyone to fear or dread the home loan process, so I focus on making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The fact that I get to build genuine relationships with borrowers and realtors along the way is the best part.
I first began cultivating positive and long-lasting relationships within the East Tennessee lending community when I first came to work for MIG in 2013. At the time, I was a marketing coordinator focused on increasing brand awareness as MIG expanded its footprint in the Tri-Cities area. A year later, I began interacting more closely with homebuyers on their path to homeownership as a loan officer assistant. Today, in that same role in MIG’s Kingsport branch, I share my knowledge of home loan products with borrowers so they can confidently pick the best mortgage for their unique situation. I pride myself on being clear and upfront about what clients can expect from the process and then communicating with them frequently so they reach the closing table in a timely and efficient manner.
When I’m not helping customers through a seamless loan process that prompts them to recommend MIG to their family members and friends, I enjoy photography, traveling the world, wake surfing and anything creative. I spend all of my free time with my son, enjoying quality family time.
I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. I hope to hear from you soon.
