CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga branch of Mortgage Investors Group took home a clean sweep of industry excellence awards, company officials announced today.
All four loan officers in MIG’s Chattanooga branch received awards during the Chattanooga Mortgage Bankers Association’s annual Celebration of Excellence Awards banquet held Feb. 14 at the Walden Club.
“We want to recognize and congratulate each of MIG’s CMBA winners for 2018,” said MIG Executive Vice President of Production Steve Smith. “The recognition by their peers is a direct result of their continued efforts and focus on creating a great experience for their clients. Each of our winners exhibit the proper combination of knowledge, compassion and trust as they guide their clients to a successful closing.”
Branch Manager Terre Webb, who helped open the Chattanooga branch in 1996, received a Diamond Award, while loan officers Lindsey Webb-Wood and Mary Slakie each received a Platinum Award. Webb-Wood has worked for MIG since 1998 and serves as the branch’s operations manager. Slakie has originated loans for MIG for nearly four years.
In addition, the CMBA honored loan officer Chase Woody with a Gold Award. Woody has been a loan officer with MIG for nearly three years.
