About Me

Hey there, everyone! I'm Kristin Blackberg, and I'm so excited to share that I have made the leap to become your go-to Loan Officer here at MIG!

My journey into the mortgage industry began at a credit union. I was fresh out of high school and really didn’t know much about the mortgage industry. But the VP of lending saw potential in me and offered me the opportunity to learn and grow. Through that opportunity and mentorship, I learned as much as I could, worked hard, and later became the supervisor of the department.

I’ve now been in the Mortgage Industry for over 20 years. I eventually made my way to MIG where I have been for close to 9 years now. At MIG, I’ve worked in positions as a Processor, Production Assistant, and a Team Loan Officer.

One of my strengths is communication. I feel that communication is key in this ever-changing industry, so get ready to hear from me a lot! I’m also extremely organized and can stay calm under pressure. I will make sure nothing falls to the wayside and promise to keep my cool if any unexpected hiccup should arise.
