Not only do we genuinely care about the customers we help become homeowners, but we have a good time doing it. So don’t be surprised if you see us wearing costumes on Halloween or donning our pajamas from time to time. We’re apt to offer you a refreshment or a mint when you walk through the door. Branch Manager Lindsey Wood is an award-winning, second-generation lender whose history with the branch spans her entire life. As the daughter of our first manager, she started “working” at the age of five by making photocopies of files for her mom before they were submitted for underwriting. In high school, she graduated to more earnest tasks and since then, has been a processing assistant, loan officer and operations manager before following in her mom’s footsteps as branch manager. She is licensed to originate loans in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Other loan officers in the branch also hold multi-state licenses spanning the Southeast.
